Seals are suitable for use in high fire risk zones, dry, arid climates, costal areas and dusty regions where high winds are present.

Aluminium holder is fastened to the roll of the curtain, just above the heigh of the lintel. Flame resistent rubber compound sides into the holder and rests above the lintel to provide a barrier.

Seal is compressed when the door curtain rolls around the drum. This ensures that door operation is unaffected and that the seal is not visible whilst the door is open.

The unique B&D Flex-A-Door is the perfect alternative when you are looking to replace your existing tilt door, or in situations where you have restricted headroom in your garage or carport.  Flex-A-Door patented design features B&Ds famous Roll-A-Door curtain fitted on a curving track, so the curtain lifts from a vertical position up into a horizontal position, close to the ceiling.  You can also add a retractable head infill panel to the top of the door, where the curtain curves back onto the horizontal track, providing a neat external appearance. Size range will suit up to 2790mm in height and from 1200mm to 3100mm in width.
